– Assigning Responsibilities:
Devise work plans and schedules pertaining to the customer Transformation journey.
Manage all transformation program resources
Perform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other stuff in coordination with HR division & prepare performance reports by the operations director.
review and quality assure all services and work products delivered by the Transformation Team to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and strategic alignment.
